# Settlements
Settlement reports are available via API or Merchant Business Portal (opens new window)
A settlement represents all transactions merchant has captured in a given transaction day.
A transaction day is one calendar day with cut-off time at 00h UTC.
Merchant may receive multiple settlements for the same transaction day, depending on the currencies involved in the charged transactions.
Intergiro pays out settlements on Swedish business days per dynamic defined in the Merchant Agreement.
